Wellness Massage Club
	We believe that regular routine massage makes a HUGE impact to our daily living and the quality of life. We encourage a healthy lifestyle, including Massage. You may join this club 2 ways Display your Ozark Community Center Membership ID and recieve $10 off of any massage...no commitment required. Purchase a membership for $150/year, and receive further rate reduction, as described below. Commitment required for 12 months. You receive a one hour massage for the reduced rate of $45. (saving $20). You may receive up to 4 massages a month FOR YOU ONLY (non-transferrable!). The first massage of the month is automatically charged to your account the first Tuesday of each month. (Additional massages that month must be paid for at time of service.) **the $45/mo fee will be charged monthly to the account you determine for the period of one year ** UNLIKE Massage Envy and other similar clubs...you MAY carry over a massage from a missed month to another. IF you cannot "catch up" YOU MAY transfer the massage to a second party after notifying Serenity of whom the recipient will be -- *And they MUST use your gift to them WITHIN 2 WEEKS of notification. (THIS type of 'transfer" is only allowed ONE time per year) Memberships make a great gift....Aren't you ready to start taking better care of yourself TODAY!!
Perfect Pedi Club
	Spring is nearly here and Summer is just around the corner....are your feet ready?? Membership is $100/year and includes a Delux Spa Pedi on your first visit Afterwards you will schedule and a Classic Spa Pedicure monthly to maintain and continue to improve the health and appearance of those precious tootsies! There will be a $25 / month charge automatically assigned to your credit card on file. Billing will be done the first Tuesday of EACH month for 12 consecutive months. You may receive an additional Classic Spa Pedi for $25 / throughout the month if you desire. You may upgrade this @ a special discount as well! ADD $10 for Delux Spa Pedicure!!! That's a savings of $15 of our menu price This is ONLY avail. to our Pretty Pedi Club members **** The monthly fee will automatically charged to the account of your choice. You MAY "catch up" if you miss a month and have 2 services in one month. (This is allowed 2 times during the membership year.) You MAY also gift a missed service to a third party.....this is ALLOWED 1 times per membership year, the recipiant must come in within two weeks of notifying Serenity that this option is being exercised.

	As we set new goals and resolutions for 2011...don't forget your greatest asset...your appearance. The first thing someone sees when they meet you is your face! Seriously. They notice your clear brite eyes, a dazzling smile, and glowing skin....right? Absolutely!! Membership fee is $100/year and entitles you to: ***Custom Facial for $50 Each Month This Includes Anti-Aging / Rosacea Cooling Facial / Men's Fitness facial OR Anti-Acne *UPGRADE to a JetClear w/Infusion or Traditional Delux Microdermabrasion** for an added +$20 (Please mention at time of booking and can purchase at time of service . Added savings of $15-$30!) *Between monthly services receive great Discounts: Basic Facials for $25! (saving $10) Deep Pore Cleanse for $40!** (saving $20) Membership encompasses 12 consecutive months. If circumstances prevent you from using our services for 1-2 months you MAY "catch up" by having multiple facials for the month OR "gifting" your facial to a third party. This GIFTING must be used within 2 weeks of notifying Serenity of your intent. This may be done 1 time throughout the year.
