Whatever It Takes
	Acne can be a lifetime challenge. At Serenity we would like the opportunity to teach you about acne, and give you the tools to be able to maintain and control the condition when it exacccerbates . The "W.I.T" program begins with a 3 month commitment to re-gain balance and control "follicularly challenged skin!" The cost is $450...and includes a minimum of 8-10 one hour facial treatment sessions. The first month is the most rigorous..and visits decrease as the condition improves. The 2nd and 3rd months are geared towards reaching a maintanence level where the necessary service to maintain control can be done on a monthly basis. As the skin stabilizes, follow-up treatments for desired maintanence can be done on either a quarterly or semi-annual basis. *INCLUDES take home skin care product : Cleanser, Toner, Custom Formulated Hydrator OR Exfoliator, and Moisturizer. ~$150 value**
Wellness Massage Club
	We believe that regular routine massage makes a HUGE impact to our daily living and the quality of life. We encourage a healthy lifestyle, including Massage. You may join this club 2 ways Display your Ozark Community Center Membership ID Purchase a membership for $150/year You receive a one hour massage for the reduced rate of $40. (saving $25). You may receive up to 4 massages a month FOR YOU ONLY (non-transferrable!). The first massage of the month is automatically charged to your account the first Tuesday of each month. (Additional massages that month must be paid for at time of service.) **the $40/mo fee will be charged monthly to the account you determine for the period of one year ** UNLIKE Massage Envy and other similar clubs...you MAY carry over a massage from a missed month to another. IF you cannot "catch up" YOU MAY transfer the massage to a second party after notifying Serenity of whom the recipient will be -- *And they MUST use your gift to them WITHIN 2 WEEKS of notification. Pedicure Club
	Spring is nearly here and Summer is just around the corner....are your feet ready?? Membership is $100/year and entitles you to the following for the monthly fee of $40/month: A deluxe pedicure (with LavaShell foot massage and paraffin dip) 1/month Polish change on finger nails 1/month * If you prefer a manicure at time of pedicure receive $10 OFF usual prices. ** The monthly fee will automatically charged to the account of your choice. You MAY "catch up" if you miss a month and have 2 services in one month. (This is allowed 2 times during the membership year.) You MAY also gift a missed service to a third party.....this is ALLOWED 2 times per membership year, AND Serenity MUST be notified prior.
