I've moved to Springfield in 2005 from the Chicago area where I took my training. I have worked in health club, resort, rehab and day spa settings, in addition to having a private practice for 14 years. Additional training allows me to work specific chronic/injury areas as well as general relaxation massage. I incorporate my Cranial-Sacral and NMT training into all of my massagework. Each massage is customized to the specific client.

My training includes Swedish, NMT, Cranial-Sacral, Myofacial Release, Prenatal, Reflexlogy, Lava Shell, and Hot Stone massage, as well as other modalities.
